Our vacuum forming department includes six forming machines, ranging in size from a 30x36-inch unit with automatic roll feed to a 48x72-inch 3-station rotary. Parts ranging from very shallow draw to our maximum of 30 inches can be formed. We use all thermoplastic sheets in thicknesses from .010 inches to .375 inches.
